Learn about what type of equipment is needed, chemicals used, and how to put together the recipe needed for fermentation. You will also learn about sanitation, acceptable bottling techniques, and finally sample the finished product. You will work with wine makers who are well versed in fruit and kit wines. Web information and two booklets on wine making will be provided. You must be 21 years of age or older to participate in this course.
