Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Program YMCA Camp Timbers

Description

Campers in this two-week program will have an immersive leadership experience, learning the arts of team-building, group facilitation, and working with children.  A three day, two night AuSable River canoe trip, a Camp Timbers' tradition is included.  We expect our CITs to be eager to learn & mature enough to be strong role modes for kids.
