The keys to Change.  Over the past years, Best Practices of Northern Michigan has offered a plethora of speakers, training and conferences discussing culture change and person centered care.  Our hope this year is to continue with the same theme and in doing so, offer real keys to change.  

Our generous hosts at Kirtland Community College have agreed to let us mix it up a little this year.  We hope you will plan to attend and experience a relaxing day on their beautiful campus and celebrate 15 years of Best Practices!
