We are looking for a passionate, highly professional Licensed Cosmetologist who treats beauty as an art form and thrives in a structured, upscale environment.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you will pioneer a completely unique service menu in our community, transforming client care into a deeply relaxing ritual. You will have access to a beautifully designated, brand-new treatment room and luxury styling stations to perform:
High-Performance Natural Nail Artistry: Performing luxury manicures and pedicures utilizing the premium Dazzle Dry system. Providing flawless prep, clean technical execution, and educating guests on the benefits of this high-performance, quick-drying botanical line.
Premium Head Spa Rituals: Delivering holistic, scalp-scaling treatments, deep conditioning, and specialized scalp massage therapies.
Elite Blowout & Styling Bar: Providing premium blowouts, luxury hair treatments, signature curls, and sophisticated updos.
Luxury Event Makeup: Creating flawless, high-end makeup applications for bridal parties, local galas, photography, and special events.

Licensure & Technical Skill: Must hold an active, valid Michigan Cosmetology License with a strong portfolio showcasing modern styling, clean technical execution, makeup artistry, and a high standard for natural nail care.
Upscale Professionalism: An understanding of the high-end luxury client experience. You carry yourself with poise, maintain an immaculate presentation, and understand the deep importance of guest privacy and seamless front-desk checkouts through support staff.
Operational Integrity: A team-oriented professional who respects signed employment agreements, appreciates structured management support, logs timekeeping accurately, and takes pride in completing comprehensive client treatment records daily. Works well with teammates.
