Description
Free Sports Physicals
Many professional providers (nurses, physicians, physician assistants & nurse practitioners), therapists & chiropractors will be on hand to greet & process students. Physical exams include a balance & range of motion screening, vision screening, scoliosis check, blood pressure check & physical exam.
