Best Practices of Northern Michigan 16th Annual Conference

The Best Practices of Northern Michigan (BPNM) conference committee is proud to announce the 16th Annual Conference, "Transformation to Meaning, Value & Joy." During the past two years, the BPNM partnered with the Pioneer Network National Learning Collaborative to facilitate 13 webinars on using the MDS 3.0 to strengthen the skills caregivers need to provide person-centered care in northern Michigan nursing homes.
